Moreover, the same has also been verified during the visit.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted an undertaking to the fact that it will install machinery only for manufacturing of steamed rice which includes 03 no. dryer, one no. sieve, one no. bin, 12 no. small handy, 06 no. big handy, one no. paddy pre cleaner and a sortex machine. The industry has also submitted that it will not provide pipeline network required for operation of saila plant.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has also submitted an MOU signed between M/s TLG Overseas (the subject cited industry) and M/s TLG Agro Traders to the fact that the unit M/s TLG Overseas will use the steam generated from the boiler installed in the unit M/s TLG Agro Traders Pvt. Ltd. and the unit M/s TLG Agro Traders Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible to achieve the standards prescribed by the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted revised feasibility report mentioning that the unit is existing and no separate boundary wall provided. Moreover, it has also been verified during visit to the industry on 07.12.2022 that both <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>unit-1 & unit-2 exists within the same premises not being separated by any boundary wall.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has submitted site plan approved by the Competent Person under Factory Act, 1948.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Submitted as proposed vide note dated 26.12.2022 with following additional conditions:-</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not manufacture saila rice without obtaining prior permission of the Board.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall not provide pipeline for supply of water to the handies.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry shall submit air emission sampling report from Board's lab, within a month.</p> |
