The coffee shop has submitted CA certificate mentioning the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 69.98 lacs. The unit has deposited consent fee of Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR 683360217 dated 24.01.2023 under the Water Act, 1974 &amp; Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR 376345096 dated 24.01.2023 the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate up to 31.12.2027 under the each act. The coffee shop has also deposited Rs. Rs. 2900/- vide UTR 683360217 dated 24.01.2023 as NOC regularization fees, which is adequate. The unit has submitted copy of lease deed made with M/s Homelife Buildcon Private Limited.
