<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the PP has applied the varied CTO under the Air act, 1981 .</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">RO has reported that the PP has installed two DG set with canopy with adequate stack height and HSD uses as fuel in its DG sets. the project proponent has decreased the overall pollution load w.r.t. earlier EC granted as explained above by RO. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If may approve partial consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be one year for the operation of 160 flats and 17 shops subject to suitable conditions and with the additional condition</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall submit the revised Environment Clearance/corrigendum regarding the change of the project within 15 days ( as per EC total flats are 520 and As per the site plan flats are 516 )</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-IN">2) </span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN">The PP shall install immediately the smog gun to control the dust emission generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3) <!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-IN">The promoter company shall not consume any fuel except HSD for DG set, for burning purposes without the prior written permission of the Board.</span></p>
