Application of the brick kiln has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The brick kiln has not submitted clear copy of completion certificate for adoption of induced draft zig-zag technology issued by technical provider.
2) The brick kiln is required to submit undertaking authenticated by Chartered Accountant, also mentioning the followings:
- Date of completion of conversion of brick kiln to induced draft zig-zag technology.
- Undertaking w.r.t. operation of brick kiln with fuel other than coal.
3) The brick kiln has not submitted latest gross fixed assets certificate issued from the Chartered Accountant.
4) The brick kiln is required to submit record of its operation.
Kindly submit the above said documents within 02 days.
