<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">If approved, the CTO under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/9/2023 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and an additional condition may also be imposed that E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocol framed by the Board for decide the bank guarantee, verify mode of disposal, monitor the pollution control devices installed by the industry and verify compliance with Environment Laws and if any violations found send report/ recommendations immediately.</span></p>
