Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
• The industry has not submitted reply the observation earlier raised on application applied by the industry on 01.09.2021, which was returned as it observed that the industry has installed additional machinery in its premises, as such the industry is required to submit suitability certificate regarding the installation of additional machinery in the premises. The industry shall intimate regarding the process of operation of this dana machine, the generation of fugitive emissions from the same and accordingly the requirement of air pollution control device for the same.
• The industry has submitted aks sijra of the premises, which has not been matched with the earlier submitted revenue record.
• The industry has not submitted EPR registration required for Plastic Waste Processors.
