<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry has applied for setting up a new rice sheller for processing of paddy @ 3.0 TPH (with drier) to produce dry rice @ 2.0 TPH. The industry has submitted copy of land use pattern certificate issued by the DTP, land documents, copy of Tehsildar Report, project report, feasibility report etc. along with the application form.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR No. 835277272 dated 11.01.2023 on account of NOC fee against the proposed project cost of Rs. 114.00 lakh as per the project report, which is adequate for one year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As per feasibility report the industry shall install cyclone as Air po</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi;">ll</span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">ution control Device for the control of emissions which will occur during the industry during process at full capacity for the production of Rice @ 2 T/hr by shelling 3.0 T/hr. of paddy. Moreover, the industry has proposed to install dryer of capacity 24 MT/batch for drying of paddy. The industry has also proposed cyclone with adequate height as APCD with paddy drier. Rice husk @ 80 kg/hr shall be used as fuel. The industry has not proposed to install any D.G. set. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">No wastewater shall be generated from the process. Only domestic effluent @ 1.2 KLD shall be discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the subject cited industry for setting up of dry rice sheller for processing of paddy @ 3.0 TPH (with drier of capacity 24 MT/batch) to produce dry rice @ 2.0 TPH with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
