<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Regarding submission of capacity certificate from the department of Food, Civil Supplies and Controller, the industry has submitted that to obtain this certificate, they have to apply on the online portal of the department, which is not working these days. The industry has assured to submit the same immediately as and when the portal will be operational.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has also assured to submit the revised building plan within one month.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Copy of the undertaking submitted by the industry is attached.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In view of the above it is recommended that varied consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2026 subject to the special conditions that-</p>
