CTOW/Fresh/PKT/2022/19717701 & CTOA/Fresh/PKT/2022/19717686 dated 05/09/2022, which are valid upto 31/03/2023 respectively for the production of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 7000 CFT/Day, Washed Sand @ 2500 CFT/Day & Silt @ 500 CFT/Day by using River Bed Material @ 10000 CFT/day. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the operation of stone crusher through OCMMS in a totally paperless manner by uploading necessary documents as PDF. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 22,400/- vide UTR No. 731435045 dated 21/01/2023 & Rs. 22,900/- vide UTR No. 598248864 dated 21/01/2023 as consent to operate fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 including Rs. 500/- as Form Downloading fee against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 95,64,393.15/- as on 16/08/2022 and same are adequate upto 30/09/2027.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> <span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange Category units are to be processed without visiting them.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> (Agenda Note is also attached herewith).</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 115%;"> </span><span style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention& control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2027 with suitable along with special conditions :-</span></span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></span></p>
