<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 15.05pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 17.1pt .0001pt 11.0pt;">The industry is a small scale red category unit and was previously granted consent under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 31.12.2022 with temporary restoration of electric connection upto 31.12.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 15.05pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 17.1pt .0001pt 11.0pt;"> <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consents and the industry was visited by RO on 30.11.2022 and observed that the industry was in operation during visit and is engaged in manufacturing of hawai chappal. The industry has installed 1 no. wood fired boiler of capacity 1 ton/heat provided with cyclone as APCD and air emission sample was collected during visit and as per analysis report concentration of particulate matter is 445 mg/Nm3 which is within prescribed limit.The industry has submitted DTP certificate issued vide no.308 dated 02.03.2016 in which it is mentioned that the site of the industry falls in general industrial zone. The industry has already submitted building approved by competent person under Factory Act.</p>
