<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above mentioned facts and report given in the note of AEE, it is, therefore, recommended as under :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) PSPCL authorities may be written to restore the electric supply of the industry temporarily till 30.06.2023.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be renewed to the industry till 30.06.2023, please.</p> |
