<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that HCF obtained the CTE for 300 beds and CTO was also obtained for 100 beds. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> Now PP has applied the renewal CTO underwater Act,1974 along with the analysis result from the final outlet of ETP and analyzed by the Pvt lab. It is intimated that RO has reported the hospital is complying with conditions of partial consent to operate as well as EC conditions except for the installation of a mechanical composter.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> may if approved the renewal of partial Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 be granted upto 31.12.2023 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and an additional condition may also be imposed that E.E RO may be requested to visit the site within one month to monitor the wastewater treatment installed by the HCF, verify the mode of disposal and verify the compliance with Environmental law and send the report request the HCF as per protocol prescribed by the Board and other Environment Laws if any violations found send report/ recommendations immediately.</span></p>
