<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that HCF obtained the CTE for 300 beds and CTO was also obtained for 100 beds. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now PP has applied for the renewal of CTO under the Air Act, of 1981. It is intimated that RO has reported the hospital is complying with conditions of partial consent to operate as well as EC conditions except for the installation of a mechanical composter.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May if approved the renewal of partial Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be granted up to 31.12.2023 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO.</span></p>
