| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has applied for category 1063 i.e. Building and construction projects more than 20,000 sq. m built up area and having waste water generation 100 KLD and such projects are covered under EC notification dated 14.09.2006, however, the PP has not submitted copy of Environmental Clearance if any granted to it.
2.The project proponent has not submitted as together the sewer line of the project has been granted with the MC sewer line, if laid near the project site.
3. The project proponent has not submitted the present occupancy status of the project.
4. The project proponent has not filled the application form properly and left many columns like built up area, population completely blank. Further the disposal of MSW mentioned in the application form is not in accordance with the MSW Rules, 2016.
You are requested to clarify the above within 2 days. |
