As per the site plan the project shall have 193 plots and as per the brief project report the occupancy/population has been estimated to be 965 persons and the total fresh water consumption has been estimated to be 164 KL considering fresh water consumption of 170 lpcd. The domestic effluent generation shall be 132 KLD.</span></p>

As per feasibility report the treatment capacity of the proposed STP will be 150 KLD, which will be based on MBBR technology which is principally adequate. The project proponent has proposed to dispose off its treated effluent partially onto land from plantation / gardening/ in parks/ green area at site approx. 1772 sq. yard & rest into M.C sewer. The project proponent has been granted permission to connect the sewer connection with MC line at its own cost vide MC letter no. 202 dated 02.12.2022.</span></p>

There is no air polluting industry i.e. brick kiln, rice sheller, stone crusher, saila plant, cement plant, grinding unit, hot mix plant falling within a radius of 100 mtr from the boundary of the proposed site. There is no MAH industry located within a distance of 500 mtr from the proposed site. However, there is a rice sheller at a distance of about 250 mtr from the project site and M/s Abrol Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. (Red Category unit) at a distance slightly over 100 mtr from the project site. As such the site is not conforming with notification dated 25.07.2008.</span></p>

The site is suitable to set up the said unit at site. <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">As such the applicability of siting guidelines dated 25.07.2008 needs to be verified, in view of the amendment dated 30.10.2009.</strong></span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-indent: 92.15pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 4.45pt 15.0pt .0001pt 35.45pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Keeping in view of above, if the site is meeting with the siting guidelines dated 25.07.2008 as amended on 30.10.2009, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the colony for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that:- </span></p>

The bio-degradable waste shall be processed, treated and disposed of through composting by providing mechanical composter of capacity 200 kg/day. </span></p>
