<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that SCN refusal of renewal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 695-96 dated 25/1/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed) </strong>alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board on 8/2/2023. <strong>It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry through special messenger and send the receipt of the same to this office and also ensure its presence on the said date and time of hearing. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice and send fresh recommendations, well before the date of hearing so as to enable this office to decide the application. </strong></p> |
