<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated previously the industry did not comply with the provision of the Water Act, of 1974, so direction u/s 33A under the Water Act, of 1974 was confirmed. Now the PP has applied renewal CTO under both acts along with further electric connection restoration.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that CTO under Water Act,1974 has applied along with temporary restoration, both have already been processed along with the recommendation to further extend the period for six months, both are under process.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Further, it is intimated the CTO under the Air Act, of 1981 applied by the industry falls in the orange category. SO competency to decide the application lies in SEE as per the policy of the Board.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved CTO under Air Act,1981 applied by the industry be further extended up to 30/9/26 with the special conditions as proposed by EE, RO.</span></p>
