<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that While granted the previous CTO under the Air Act,1981 the RO was requested to submit the compliance of specific conditions imposed in the said consent, within the stipulated period. Now the industry has applied for CTO under the Air Act, of 1981, same has been processed without a visit as per the office order dated 02/02/2016. RO has not visited the site since 2018.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May If approved RO be requested to visit the site to verify the compliance with specific conditions imposed in the previously granted consent, verify the treatment and mode of disposal, and also ensure the compliance of the mechanism/ guidelines prescribed by the Board on 02.02.2021 and vide its Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/1/2021 in true letter and spirit and send the fresh recommendation .</span></p>
