<p>2. What is the length of central island of the brick kiln.</p>
<p>3. Whether any notice/directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 is pending/taken against the brick kiln.</p>
<p>4. The undertaking regarding coal consumption/operation of the industry since 01.02.2019 till completion of zig zag technology is not attested by CA.</p>
<p>5. Latest partnership deed is not attached.</p>
<p>6. Whether the site of the kiln is on lease/owned? No proof of ownership of land of kiln is attached.</p>
<p>7. Earlier CA certificate of year 2015 had fixed assets of Rs. 12. xx lacs and latest CA certificate fixed assets is also of Rs. 12.xx lacs. Kindly verify if the cost incurred on conversion to induced draft zig zag technology is less than Rs. 50,000/-</p>
