It has also been mentioned that green category industries are allowed in mix land area along road front.</span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The industry is using 500 feet along the road for plantation purposes and for ETP. The industry has not mentioned the total length in the Site plan. </span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">From above it is clear that the industry has commissioned a red category unit in mix land area, where only green category industries are allowed. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>However, some part of site falls under industrial and the industry is required to apply for consent under red category in that industrial area only. </span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">Also, the industry has not developed a complete plantation as per the Site plan.</span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The plantation already developed by the industry is not adequate as per the discharge for which consent is applied as stagnation was observed in the plantation area.&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The industry is yet to develop a 2500 sq. yard on the plantation area as per the site plan and only small pockets of the plantation area have been developed.</span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent may be issued to the industry with opportunity to submit reply within 7 days. </span></p> <p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">Competency - SEE</span></p>
