Consent to establish (NOC) granted to the industry was expired on 20.12.20222 and the industry has applied for obtaining CTO under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 on 13.01.2023, hence, the industry is required to deposit NOC regularization fee………………..2.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has not submitted copy of building plan either approved by the department of Factories, Punjab or prepared & signed by the Architect approved by the department of Factories, Punjab………………3. The industry has not submitted completion drawings of APCDs installed by it with the grinder section, hammer mill as well as with the boiler furnace……………….4. As per NOC/application form, the industry is covered under Large Scale of industrial sector, however, in the agenda note, scale of the industry is mentioned as ‘Small Scale…………….5. It has been mentioned in the note history that the industry has not complied with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 as well as with the NOC condition, even then recommendations have been given regarding grant of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 to the industry for a period upto 31.12.2027……………..6. In the agenda note, it has been mentioned that the industry will generate 2.5 KLD of waste water from other sources but no details have been given regarding other source of waste water generation viz-a-viz its treatment/disposal arrangements………. </span></p> |
