<p>Sir, pointwise reply is aS UNDER:-</p>
<p>1. <span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">The HCF has already obtained CLU from Department of Town & Country planning, Punjab vide memo no. 2050 dated 11.09.2020 for establishment of hospital in a land measuring 0.31 acres. Hence, site is suitable for hospital.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">2. The fees is calculated as per the Baord office order no. 688 dated 02/03/2017 for calculation of fees for HCF's, considering the date of comissining as year 2017. Hence, fees is adequate.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">3. The HCF was found complying with the provisions of BWM Rules, 2016.</span></p>
