<p>It is submitted that while proceesing the case, it has come to notice that <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">the industry is required to prior site clearance under Factories Act, 1948 for its expanded land , therefore, the application of the industry is being returned at this stage with a request to the industry to obtain the same before application for CTE expansion and to shall not carry out expansion activities till it obtains site clearance and CTE from the Board.</span></p> |
