<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਹਵਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਪਾਤੜਾ-ਸਮਾਣਾ ਸੜਕ (ਐਸ.ਐਚ-10) ਵਿਚੋਂ ਬੂਰੜ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਪਾਤੜਾ-ਸਮਾਣਾ ਸੜਕ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 190 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਬੂਰੜ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਹੱਥ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਬੂਰੜ ਦੇ ਖਸਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ 17//23/1(1-3) ਅਤੇ ਖਸਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ 25//3(7-15) ਵਿਚੋਂ 5 ਕਨਾਲ 1 ਮਰਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਨੋਟੀਫਾਈਡ ਲੋਕਲ ਪਲੈਨਿੰਗ ਏਰੀਆ ਪਾਤੜਾ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲਾਨ ਅਜੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਪਾਤੜਾ ਦੇ ਮਿਕਸਡ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ ਜੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ਼ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਵੈ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ </span>Agriculture Implements <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">(</span>Orange Category) <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਪਲਾਂਟ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ </span>PS/PSHUD/206 <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਮਿਤੀ </span>12.11.2021 <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਔਰੇਂਜ ਕੈਟਾਗਿਰੀ ਦੀ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਮਿਕਸਡ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ ਜੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਤੇ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਈਟ ਦੀ </span>other towns <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰੀ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 2 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੋਵੇ। ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਐਮ.ਸੀ ਲਿਮਟ ਪਾਤੜਾ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 2.20 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ ਜੋਨ ਔਰੇਜ਼ ਕੈਟੀਗਿਰੀ ਦੀ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਤੇ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਈਟ ਦੇ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਈਟ ਦੇ 250 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ 50 ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਨਾ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ। ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਕਤ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਦੋਨਾਂ ਜੋਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ </span>PS/PSHUD/206 <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਮਿਤੀ </span>12.11.2021<span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 4 ਕਰਮ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਈਟ 8 ਕਰਮ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਤੇ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਯੂਨੀਫਾਈਡ ਜੋਨਿੰਗ ਰੈਗੂਲੈਸ਼ਨ 2018 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 60</span>'<span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';"> - 0</span><span lang="EN-IN">" </span><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਚੌੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਪ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਵੈ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਈਟ ਵਿੱਚੋ 8</span>'<span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';"> - 0</span><span lang="EN-IN">"</span><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';"> ਚੌੜੀ ਰੋਡਵਾਈਡਨਿੰਗ ਸਟਰਿੱਪ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ।</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਕੇਵਲ </span>Site feasibility <span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ / ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਨਾ ਸਮਝਿਆਂ ਜਾਵੇ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪਾਸੋਂ </span><span lang="PA"> </span><span lang="PA" style="font-family: Raavi, 'sans-serif';">ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ / ਮੰਜੂਰੀ ਲੈਣੀ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ। ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ / ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਮੱਰਥ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਪਲੈਨ ਅਪਰੂਵ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਪਾਬੰਦ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ। ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।</span></p>

Further, the unit will generate only 0.8 KLD in the form of treated domestic effluent, which will be treated in a septic tank and thereafter passed onto land for plantation within the premises of the unit. Regarding knowing latitude and longitude, the Board can verify at its own end. However, there is no such requirement prescribed by the Board in its Policy and I have already submitted Site Feasibility Report </span></p>
