<p class="MsoNormal">The industry has submitted layout plan prepared by the Competent Person under Factory Act, 1948.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is therefore recommended that:</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">a)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>30.09.2027 with suitable conditions as already mentioned vide undersigned note dated 18.01.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">b)<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>31.03.2023, with suitable conditions as already mentioned vide undersigned note dated 18.01.2023 and additional<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>condition that the industry will submit building plan approved from Director of Factories Punjab / Competent Person under Factory Act, 1948 within a month.</p>
