<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is pertinent to mention here that NGT vide orders dated 10/12/2021 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>passed in the matter of OA no. 320/2021 has updated the environmental guidelines for poultry farms applicable to the farms having birds above 5000 nos, however, the subject cited application for getting NOC for capacity of birds 4000 nos.</p>
