The industry has deposited Rs. 13500/- vide UTR no. 650074040 dated 16/01/2023 </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">under the Water Act, 1974 and </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Rs. 39000/- vide UTR no. 725677079 dated 16/01/2023</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';"> under the Air Act, 1981 against the un-depreciated fixed assets of Rs. 23.48 Lacs as on 31/12/2022 as per CA certificate dated 07/01/2023, which is adequate <strong>upto 30/04/2026 </strong>as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018 and OM no. 394 dated 21/11/2022 under VDS scheme.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">Accordingly, the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on <strong>25/01/2023</strong>. During the visit, it was observed as under:</span></p>
