CTOA/Varied/LDH1/2020/12340017 dated 28.03.2020 valid upto 31.12.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"> Now the subject cited brick kiln has applied for renewal of 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The subject cited brick kiln has deposited adequate consent fee i.e. Rs. 14397/- vide no. SBIN423016123608 dated 16.01.2023 under Air Act, 1981, Rs. 14397/- vide no. SBIN423016145960 dated 16.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and same is valid up to 31.12.2030.<span style="color: red;"> </span></span></p>

However the same was being charged with raw bricks and was being prepared for firing. </span></p>

The Brick kiln has also submitted the certificate regarding issued by the CSIR- Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee on 30.12.2019 in which it is stated that this unit have constructed high draft brick kiln with ZIG-ZAG technology, rectangular in shape as per CSIR-CBRI design. </span></p>
