<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 16.3pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry will submit fresh application for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with complete product details alongwith their production capacities, keeping in view, CPCB notification no. B.17011/7/UPC-II-PWM(SUP)/2022 dated 01.02.2022, within 7 days.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: -0.5in; line-height: 16.3pt; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">2.</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It was made clear to the industry that in case of non-compliance of decision of hearing within stipulated period, further action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.</span></p>
