<p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">It is submitted that earlier consents were granted to the institute on 29.05.2018 for operation educational institute (valid upto 30.09.2022) with certain special conditions, which are as under:-</span></p>

The institute will provide green belt of 15 meter towards the air polluting industry (brick kiln in this case), located within 100 meter from the premises and further the institute will provide green belt of 5 meter towards the air polluting industry located beyond 100 meter distance.</span></strong></p>

The institute shall obtain necessary statutory permissions / clearances from all other concerned departments.</span></p>

The institute will obtain the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non-obtaining of such permission.</span></p>

The institute will obtain change of land use from the Department of Town & Country Planning or any other Competent Authority. The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the institute not obtain CLU of land on account of non-obtaining of such permission.</span></p>

The institute will comply with the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.</span></p>

<p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">The institute has applied for obtaining renewal of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">The application of the institute has been examined and observed that Regional Office has processed the case without visiting the institute/ educational institution in compliance to the Office order no. 59 dated 02.02.2016 and failed to submit the compliance w.r.t. special conditions no. 1, 4 & 5 imposed during grant of previous CTO to the institute. Moreover, the educational institute has not been visited by the Regional Office since the grant of previous consent i.e. more than 4.5 years.</span></p>

<p style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">If approved, Ro may be asked to visit the institute immediately and to submit report / recommendations so as to conclude the consent application.</span></p>
