Now, water meter has been provided at the outlet of ETP and energy meter has also been provided with the ETP. The restaurant is maintaining record of operation of ETP. The restaurant has installed RO at the roof level and RO reject is used in flushing.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 3.02 crore on 23.10.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 42,000/- vide UTR no. INDBN30127951187 dated 30.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 42,500/- vide UTR no. INDBN30127951198 dated 30.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction NOC regularization fees and considering commissioning date as Oct’2022, the consent fee under Water Act, 1974 is adequate till 30.09.2027 and the consent fee under Air Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.05.2027.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><strong>In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for a short-term of till 30.06.2023 subject to special conditions as under:</strong></p>
