CTE/Fresh/BAR/2021/16782590 dated 20/09/2021, valid upto 19/09/2022 for manufacturing of Atta, Maida, Suzi and Choker @ @ 80 T/day by using Wheat @ 80 T/day, as raw material.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining fresh consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Atta, Maida, Suzi and Choker @ 80 T/day by using Wheat @ 80 T/day, as raw material, through OCMMS of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has deposited consents fee of Rs 86,800/- vide UTR no. N353222253252603 dated 19/12/2022 under the Water Act, 1974 & Rs 86,800/- vide UTR no. N353222253255090 dated 19/12/2022 under the Air Act, 1981, against the value of gross fixed assets of Rs. 329.29 lacs as on 19/12/2022, which is adequate upto 31/12/2031. The industry has also deposited penalty fee of Rs. 2100/- vide UTR no. N353222253248633 dated 19/12/2022 under the Water Act, 1974 & of Rs. 2100/- vide UTR no. N353222253266587 dated 19/12/2022 under the Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">To verify the facts, the site was visited by undersigned on 25/01/2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">(i)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry was in operation. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">(ii)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has installed 1 no. a flour mill consist of vibroseparator, Destoner, Pre-cleaner, Drum sieve, Seourer, Duck aspiration, channel, hammer and milling mill consist of roller mill, manual chakki, detacher, vibro-purifier and 3 no. land shifter. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">(iii)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">No emissions are being emitted outside. Hence, no APCD is required. The industry has not installed any D.G Set in its premises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0cm 0cm .0001pt 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;">(iv)<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has not generating any trade effluent. Only domestic effluent is being generated and discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">From the above, industry is complying with the conditions of NOC granted to it under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Keeping above in view, it is recommended that Consent to Operate granted under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981 both may be granted upto 31/12/2031 for manufacturing of Atta, Maida, Suzi and Choker @ 80 T/day by using Wheat @ 80 T/day, as raw material under Green category, subject to certain conditions to be mentioned therein.</span></p> |
