<p><span style="text-align: justify; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #ffffff;"> It is submitted that the record file of industry was checked and industry had submitted certficate from Tehsildar, Garhshankar Hoshiarpur dated 01.02.08 and certficate from Sarpanch dated 23.05.97 as per which the site of the industry is located outside Lal Lakir of Village Reehla, while applying for NOC of the Board (copy attached). Thereafter, the industry has been granted consents from time to time, but no comments / certificate has been found regarding desigation of area in which the industry falls. </span><br style="text-align: justify; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #ffffff;" /><br style="text-align: justify; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="text-align: justify; color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; background-color: #ffffff;"> Further the Master Plan of M.C.
