The industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 bothvalid upto 30.09.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate and as per agenda note there is no source of trade effluent generation and domestic effluent is discharged into septic tank for treatment and treated water is used for plantation within the premises. But it has not been commented regading designation of area of industry in which the industry falls as per Master plan in agenda note.</p>
