The industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 30.09.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate and as per agenda, the industry has installed boiler of capacity 3 TPH with cyclone separator as APCD and adequate stack height. The stack emission sample were collected during visit on 20.09.2022 and as per analysis report the concentration of SPM is within the limit prescribed by the Board. But it has not been commented regading designation of area of industry in which the industry falls as per Master plan in agenda note.</p>
