<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 24px; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;">The industry has submitted feasibility report issued by Environmental Management Solution (EMS) Engineers Consultant SCO 720, First Floor, Shiva Towers, Model town Patiala has submitted certificate of completion for the paddy pre-cleaner. The industry was visited by the undersigned on 10.01.2023 and it was observed that the cyclone attach to paddy pre-cleaner was in redundant shape without proper stack height, without any sampling arrangement. The industry has not installed APCD as per the design given in the feasibility report. Further, the paddy pre-cleaner was not covered from all sides, so in order to tap dust emission properly. The industry is required to install proper APCD as per the design given in the feasibility report and tap all dust emitting points. The industry is requested to submit stack emission sample report of the paddy pre-cleaner / APCD attached to it. </span></p>
