The industry was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 valid upto 30.09.2022 and Air Act, 1981 valid upto 31.03.2022.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate and as per agenda note, the industry was visited by AEE on 05.01.2023 and reported that the industry was in operation during visit.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed machinery for Ply Board making.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has installed 1 no of Boiler of capacity 1.5 TPH using wood as fuel. The industry has installed cyclone as APCD. The industry has installed 1 no. DG set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy. There is no generation of trade effluent, only domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation and agriculture after septic tank. The industry has been granted CLU certificate vide no 4558 dated 16.05.17 as per which it has been allowed to operate upto 22.08.2025.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 31.07.25 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall submit air emission analysis report of boiler furnace analyzed from Boards lab within 3 months .
