<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; tab-stops: 146.25pt;">The industry has been commissioned since 2008 and as per certificate issued by MC Hoshiarpur issued vide no 427 dated 07.12.22 as per which site falls in RD-1 and the industries established before Master Plan, located in residential areas can be allowed to operate for 15 years i.e upto 22.08.2025 and the industry is bound to shift the unit before this period. </p>
