1} As pointed by EE, ZO......besides giving classification of area and providing requiste certificate from concerned authority, RO to check

i). In one of the process, powder is sprinkled while mfg. tubes and lot of dust emissions are generated. What arrangements industry has made to control the same.

ii). As industry has 3TPH boiler and if it is operated for 8 hr, water requirement for boiler alone will be 24 KLD. Whereas industry has filled only 6 KL of water for all purposes. In case indirect steam through coil system is being used, then condensate recovery status is required to be provided.

iii) If (ii) is not applicable, then quantity of steam lose, higher water consumption from boiler section and possibility of condensate going to drain will be there.

iv) In addition to waste condensate, boiler blow down is also likely to be generated from boiler section. Further, after tube making, it is dipped in water for checking leakage specifically valve/ tuti leakage. After some time the waste water from here is to be discargded. Likewise, purge waste water from cooling/ recirculation may also be there. Therefore, we can't say that TE is nil.
