<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; background: white;">The industry has not deposited fee for 5 years as per the policy of the Board. In fact, the industry has not deposited for next one year, which needs clarification. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif; background: white;">As per the application the cost of fixed assets does not match with that mentioned in the CA certificate. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p>In view of mentioned facts, if approved, the application of the industry may be returned please. </p> |
