<p>As per PPCB circulars, there is no need to visit the orange category units at the time of renewal and such units are to be visited as per protocole. It is not clear as to why the units are visited, RO to check circulars. Issue seperate letter</p>
<p>From RO report it seems that sample was not collected in near past and even during present visit on 5.1.2023. In case sample was not collected, then EE, RO should have forwarded the case immeditely, but it took 18 days to forwarded the case to HO. Seek clarification fro EE RO for unreasonable delay through seperate letter both in case of Air and water cases.</p>
<p>As industry is not fault and sample is not collected by Board as per protocole, grant consent upto 31.07.2025 with condition that in case it failed to meet with the standards, the consent will be revoked..............Issue seperate letter to RO to collect air samples by 10.1.2023 positively and take further action, acoordingly</p>
