<p>The industry is a red category unit as it recycles hazardous waste and has obtained registration-cum-passbook under HOWM Rules, 2016. However, the industry has applied under orange category and has deposited CTO fees accordingly. Also, latest updated passbook has not been attached with the application and no comments regarding compliance of SOP of such type of units viz-a-viz HOWM authorization details have been mentioned.</p>
<p>The industry is required to apply under red category and attach passbook with all entries up to date and then submit your comments accordingly.</p> |
