Sukhchainpur, Talwara, Tehsil Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Now, the stone cursher was applied for fresh consent to oerpate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>in the name and style of M/s Shiv Shanker Stone Crusher, Vill. Sukhchainpur, Talwara, Tehsil Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The stone crusher has submitted purchase bill, new partnership, GST No. of new stone crusher, mining registration of previous name of stone crusher. The stoner cruserh has also desposited bank guarantee of<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Rs. 5.00 lacs bearing no. 04560ILG000123 dated 18.01.2023, which is valid upto 17.01.2024. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The stone crusher has deposited Rs. 28000/- vide UTR No. N020232297692208 dated 20.01.2023.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The fee deposited by the stone crusher is adequate upto 30.09.2026 under both case. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; margin-left: -.25in; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The stone crusher was visited by officers of this office on 29.01.2023 and observed that the stone crusher <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry which is a stone crusher was not in operation at the time of visit. 2. The industry has provided Rotopactors (01 no.), Jaw Machine (01 no.) and Washing Screener vibrator (01 no.). 3. During visit, the industry has provided M.S. sheets sheds have been provided over the process emission points such as Jaw, Rotopactor and Vibrators, having flexible access opening for the movement of workers/labourers 4. The industry has provided chutes at the end of the Conveyor Belts from where the product falls for stacking. 5. During visit, the approach road, ramp and vehicle movement area is stabilized with gravel and boulder etc. 7.The unit has installed re-circulation tank for the re-circulation of effluent. The plantation has been done on the both sides of the ramp.8) The stone crusher has one no. DG Set with canopy. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 13.5pt; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt -13.5pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 applied by the stone crusher may be granted upto 30.09.2023 with suitable terms & conditions and with special condition that :</span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter. </span></p>
