<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">It is submitted that</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> the industry is a small scale <span style="background: white;">green category </span>unit<span style="background: white;">, the industry was earlier granted consent to operate for large scale green unit under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no.</span> <span style="background: white;">CTOW/Varied/LDH3/2018/6993625 dated 08.02.2018 and Air Act, 1981 vide no</span> <span style="background: white;">CTOA/Varied/LDH3/2018/6993615 dated 08.02.2018 for the production of plastic/aluminium caps @ 600000 numbers/day and plastic bottles @ 600000 numbers/day with the disposal of only domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank, which were expired on 31.12.2022. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 <span style="background: white;">for the production of plastic/aluminium caps @ 600000 numbers/day and plastic bottles @ 600000 numbers/day with the disposal of only domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after septic tank.</span> The industry has deposited Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR. No. N340222235757991 dated 06.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 10,800/- vide UTR. no. N340222235765275 dated 06.12.2022 as NOC regularization fee and Rs. 54,000/- vide UTR no. N340222235765245 dated 06.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2027 under both acts.</span></p>
