Earlier, the industry was granted Consent to Establish (NOC) from the Board vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH4/2022/18906729 dated 02/06/2022, upto 01/06/2023 <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">for production Rice (with Dryer) @ 02 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 03 TPH as raw material, with certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Now, the rice sheller has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 under Orange category for the production Rice (with Dryer) @ 02 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 03 TPH as raw material through OCMMS on 23.01.2023 alongwith requisite documents.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The industry has deposited consent fee Rs. 84,000/- vide R.No. 231421530 dated 23.01.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 84,000/- vide R.No. 2421901 dated 23.01.2023 under the Air Act, 1981 against the gross value of fixed assets Rs. 117.44 Lacs and plant & machinery Rs. 55.65 Lacs, which is adequate upto 30.09.2032.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Accordingly, the industry was visited by the undersigned on 24.01.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>

Further, the representative ensured that septic tank shall be constructed in case they provide any residence of labor/office at site. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">Keeping in view of above mentioned facts, it is, therefore, recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2032 for the production of Rice (with Dryer) @ 02 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 03 TPH as raw material subject to the suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions that:-</span></p>

No. 10/48/2004/STE (4)/4077 dated 13.9.2006, amended vide no. 10/48/2004 (4)/931 dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
