<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;">It is brought out that the RO had reported that during visit on 12.12.2022, the industry has one DG set of 83 KVA capacity, which was not equipped with canopy and stack of adequate height. Accordingly, the EE, RO vide note dated 20.12.2022 had recommended for grant of varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 up to 31.03.2023 subject to suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall not use DG set without providing canopy and stack of adequate height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt;">Also, the EE, RO vide note dated 23.01.2023 has brought out that the industry was visited by AEE on 17.01.2023 and found that it has installed 12 no. of card machines, 4 no. of draw frames and 9 no. of open end machines; whereas, the revised approved building plan (approved by competent person dated 08.01.2023) submitted by the industry vide reply dated 19.01.2023, depicts that the industry has installed 5 no. Draw Frames, 9 no. Open End Machines and 13 no. Card Machines. Therefore, the industry may install the remaining 1 no. card machine and 1 no. draw frame, which shall increase its fixed assets cost further and may result in increase in production.</span></p>
