The copy of license issued by the FSSAI regarding the certification of food supplement is attached for ready reference. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 49.5pt; margin: 0in 0in 10.0pt 0in;"><span style="mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">Accordingly, it is recommended that varied consent to operate may be granted to the industry under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Gamma Oryzanol (Loose Powder) @ 0.4 Metric Tonnes/ Day, Capsules (Gamma Oryzanol / Food Supplement) @ 800000 Numbers /Day (capacity 150 mg/ capsule) by using Rice Bran Oil Soap Stock @ 15 Metric Tonnes/Day, Hexane@ 4000 ltr/day, Methanol @ 150 ltr/day, Sulphuric acid@ 800 ltr/day & Caustic lye @ 270 kg/day as raw material for a period upto 30/06/2024 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
