<p>It is submitted that the industry has submitted the updated certificate of siting guidelines issued by Naib Tehsildar , Longowal vide no. 4614 dated 30.01.2023 mentioning the site of the poultry farm outside the requisite limits prescribed in the guidelines. A copy of the same is attached herewith. The same was also verified during visit to the poultry farm.</p>
<p>The poultry farm is complying with the siting guidelines as well as provisions of the Water and Air acts.</p>
