| Clarification Note: |
The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The compliance report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. the project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the latest granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
2. The project proponent needs to submit analysis results of effluent samples.
3. The project proponent needs to submit compliance report regarding compliance of the decisions of the meeting held by the worthy Chairman of the Board on 24.09.2021 with the Punjab Marriage Palace and Resorts Association
4. The project proponent needs to submit detail regarding installation / development of vermiccomposting pits for the treatment and disposal of solid waste.
As such, it is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
