<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; text-align: justify; text-indent: 96px; background-color: #ffffff;">Keeping in view of the facts/report given by AEE, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.12.2023 as per policy of the Board dated 30.04.2013 with the special condition that NOC shall be endorsed to DTP, SAS Nagar to submit the comments regarding the suitability of the site within 15 days, failing which it will be assumed that the concern department has no objection w.r.t. above site.</span></p> |
